Submit your withdrawal request online.
You do not need to give a reason. You may also withdraw by a clear statement sent by email to support@bloomsy.eu or by letter to our address.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you within 14 days of your notice, using the same means of payment you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise (for example a bank transfer); in any case you incur no fee for the refund. If you asked us to start the service before the withdrawal period ended, you owe a proportionate amount for the part already provided.
